Welcome to the Bradford Parks and Landscape website. The Bradford District has thirty six public parks, over one hundred recreation grounds, more than one hundred and forty play areas and large areas of woodlands, managed by the Council's Sport and Leisure Service.

Other Trees: painted,woven, stitched and carved
An exhibition from our reserve collections celebrating trees. En plein air paintings 'The Lemon Tree' by Henry Scott Tuke and 'In the Orchard' Henry La Thangue shown alongside the life size wicker/basketary Kadam Tree. In addition, Art Nouveau furniture by Christopher Pratt of Bradford and White on White Tree of Life will be on display as will South Asian miniatures and paintings by William Rothenstein.Time:September 29, 2011 at 6pm to February 26, 2012 at 7pmLocation:Cartwright Hall
