Crowgill Park
Crowgill Park has something to offer everyone, with both a skate park and bowling green available. A number of trees make this a pleasant park for strolling through, and there is enough grass for a kick-about, game of Frisbee, or to sit down and enjoy a picnic.

All Bradford District Parks are open 365 days a year, 24 hours.
Access
A footpath surrounds the park which is accessible to all. There is level access from the main road. Permit holders may park in the park.
Directions
By car
Crowgill Park is located just off the A657 Saltaire Road in Shipley, down Crowgill Road. It is also bordered by Kirkgate which is just off the A650 Bradford Road. It is approximately 500 metres from Shipley Town Centre, off Kirkgate access on Crowgill Road.
By bus
Several buses stop along Kirkgate which borders the park, 622, 623, 662, 760. Buses 675 and 677 also stop along Saltaire Road very close to the park. For bus timetable information contact Metro on 0113 2457676 or www.wymetro.com

Skate Park
Free to use, open 24 hours. Includes platform and rails
Bowls
Open in the afternoons from April until September. Anyone can use the bowling green. You pay your bowls fee onsite at the bowls hut which is run by the Bowls Club. Standard charges apply. Booking the green is recommended - Contact Malcolm Wright (Area Parks Manager) on 01274 437028 for further details. If you are interested in joining the bowls club you can contact Malcolm for further information.
