Bowling Park is a large and leafy park with something for everyone. With a great view over the city centre, its slopes are perfect for sledging in the winter, or running around exuberantly in summer. Pack up a picnic, and head down with the family to enjoy this lovely park.

Bowling Park, Bowling Hall Road, BD4 7TL
All Bradford District Parks are open 365 days a year, 24 hours.
Access to the park is available from the roads surrounding the park - Parkside Road, Burras Road, Bowling Hall Road, Bowling Park Drive. There are good wheelchair accessible paths throughout the park.
From Bradford city centre head onto Manchester Road. Turn left onto Mill Lane. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Prospect Street. Turn right onto Hall Lane, follow the road uphill, then turn right at Bowling Hall Road. Bowling Park is on your right hand side.
Buses 253, 620, 624 and 618 all stop on Bowling Hall Road for easy access to the park. For bus timetable information contact Metro on 0113 2457676 or www.wymetro.com.

Free to use, open 24 hours. No entry allowed to persons over 14 unless supervising a child.
Open 10.00-16.00, Tuesday – Sunday, April - October. Anyone can use the bowling green. You pay your bowls fee onsite at the bowls hut which is run by the Bowls Club. Standard charges apply. If you are interested in joining the bowls club you can contact Dave Elcock (Area Parks Manager) on 01274 432663 for more information.
Anyone can use the tennis courts. Standard charges apply.
Pitch & Putt
Free to play, anyone can turn up and play. Your own equipment is required.
Open 24 hours. Free to use, but charges apply for club use. These pitches are let out to various teams. If you are interested in letting this pitch for club use please contact Dave Elcock (Area Parks Manager) on 01274 432663 for further information. Please be aware the pitches are probably booked up by teams on the weekend, and that a waiting list applies.
