Central Park in Haworth is one of the district’s Green Flag parks, noted for its beautiful flower gardens. Come and relax on the grass, enjoy the view, and escape from the hustle and bustle of Haworth.

Opening times
All Bradford District Parks are open 365 days a year, 24 hours.
Access
Access to the park is available off Bridge House Lane and Rawdon Road, which are tarmac entrances. It is also available off Butt Lane which is a cobbled road, and Bell Isle Road via steps. The footpaths in the park are quite sloped.
Directions
By Car
From Keighley travel up the A629 towards Halifax, at Crossroads turn down the B6142 into Haworth, go up Bridge House Lane and the park is situated on the right hand side. Car parking is available in Haworth by following the signs.
By Bus
Buses 664, 665, and 720 from Keighley bus station all stop outside Central Park. For bus timetable information contact Metro on 0113 2457676 or www.wymetro.com. Information is also available on the Keighley and District buses website or on 01535 603284.
Facilities
Fenced in Play Area
Free to use, open 24 hours. No entry allowed to persons over 14 unless supervising a child.
Bowls
Open 10.00-16.00, Tuesday - Sunday, April - October. Anyone can use the bowling green. You pay your bowls fee onsite at the bowls hut which is run by the Bowls Club. Standard charges apply. If you are interested in joining the bowls club you can contact Mel Smith (Area Parks Manager) on 01535 618068 for more information.
Flower Gardens
The excellence of the flower displays in Central Park contributed towards it achievement of a Green Flag for excellence. There are two bedding displays per year, in spring and summer.
