Situated in the heart of Burley-in-Wharfedale, Burley Grange Park is perfect for a gentle stroll. With some beautiful trees and flowerbeds, this lovely local park is worth spending time in to sit back and watch the world go by.

Burley Grange Park, Main Street, Burley-in-Wharfedale

Opening times

All Bradford District Parks are open 365 days a year, 24 hours.


A footpath surrounds the park which is accessible to all. There is level access from the main road.


By car

Burley Grange Park is in Burley-in-Wharfedale between Main Street and Station Road. Access is off Main Street opposite the Red Lion Public House

By bus

Buses 448 and 962 stop on Station Road alongside the park. For bus timetable information contact Metro on 0113 2457676 or www.wymetro.com

By Train

Burley-in-Wharfedale station has frequent services from Bradford and Leeds, and the park is a 10 minute walk from the train station along Station Road. For train timetable information contact Metro on 0113 2457676 or www.wymetro.com


Fenced in Play Area

Free to use, open 24 hours. No entry allowed to persons over 14 unless supervising a child.


Open in the afternoons from April until September. Anyone can use the bowling green. You pay your bowls fee onsite at the bowls hut which is run by the Bowls Club. Standard charges apply. Booking the green is recommended.  Contact the club direct if you are interested in joining.
