Horton Bank Country Park
Horton Bank Country Park has a lake and a nice walk is available around the country park with views over the golf course. Picnic tables are situated round and about, so why not pack up some food and have a relaxing day out.

Horton Bank Country Park, Great Horton Road, BD6
All Bradford District Parks are open 365 days a year, 24 hours.
Access to the park is from Great Horton Road where a free car park is available. The park has steep sloping paths, and is therefore not particularly suited to wheelchairs.
From Bradford City Centre, cross Morley Street and head towards Great Horton Road. Follow the road for just under 2 miles (it will now be listed as the A647). Horton Bank Country Park is on the right hand side just after Snape Drive.
Bus numbers 576, 610 and 612 from Bradford city centre stop outside Horton Bank Country Park. For bus timetable information contact Metro on 0113 2457676 or www.wymetro.com.
There is a free car park situated off Great Horton Road.
There is a nice lake in the park with a walk around it.
