Roberts Park

Roberts Park

Roberts Park is currently undergoing a renovation with money from the Heritage Lottery Fund. The various buildings throughout the park are being restored to their former glory, with footpaths and the borders of the beds also being fully restored. This exciting project is due to be completed in 2010. In the meantime, you can still take a stroll round the park and have a peek at what's going on - just take extra care and watch out for workmen. A grand unveiling of the bandstand will take place sometime this year, with the performance of a specially commissioned piece of work - details to be announced.
